Easy Refund Policy

15-Day Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns and replacements within 15 days after your item is delivered. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packed condition – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, hence being in a resaleable state. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at laiavi@laiavi.co.uk to initiate the return process. Please include the following:

  • Your order number ID
  • Product codes and a description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Detailed reasons for returning the item
  • Clear photos showing any defects or issues

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Please handle all items with care and repack them securely using the original packaging provided.
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with any dust bags (where applicable).
  • You will receive email updates as your return/exchange is processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first through our returns process. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item. The item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at laiavic@laiavi.co.uk.

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Allow up to 10 working days for your return/exchange to be processed. This may be delayed during busy periods.
  • We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalised or engraved unless the product is faulty.
  • International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
  • Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.
  • This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
